Giveaway Competition
How do I earn points?
You can earn +5 points by clicking the 'Earn' button on the home page. There is a limit of 10 clicks per 4-hour window.
Why can't I click 'Earn' and 'Support' at the same time?
You have to choose! Both actions share the same 4-hour cooldown. You must decide if you want to gain points for yourself (+5) or help a friend (+2) during that window.
Why don't I see the 'Support' button?
If you don't see the Support button, you have likely started Earning points for yourself in the current window. Once your 4-hour cooldown ends, both buttons will appear again, and you can decide to switch strategies.
What are Bonus Points?
Once you complete your task (10 Earns or 5 Supports), you unlock the Bonus Grid. Tap the boxes to reveal random rewards (+1, +2, or +3 points) which are added directly to your score.
Lucky Draw
How does the Lucky Draw work?
The Lucky Draw is a separate event that runs 6 days a week. It is completely free and open to everyone. You do not need a new account—just use your existing Luicart login.
How do I enter?
Simply visit the Lucky Draw page and click 'Enter Today' to get a ticket. You can return every day to collect more tickets and increase your chances.
Is the winner picked fairly?
Yes! Everyone has an equal opportunity to win. The winner is selected 100% randomly by our automated system with no human interaction.

How do I claim my prize?
If you finish Rank #1 or win a Lucky Draw, a special 'Winner Card' will appear on your profile with a secret code. Show this code to our team to collect your prize.
